What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit/credit cards and E-Transfer.
Cheques are accepted from businesses/organizations.

Is there a deposit?
Yes there is a non-refundable $50 deposit required, due at the time of booking.

When is full payment due?
Full payment is due one week before the event.

When should I book my event?
It is best to send a Booking Inquiry Form ASAP to ensure your date and time are available. We can book up to one year in advance.

What if I want you to stay longer on the day of the Event?
If there is no scheduled event after yours, then we will continue at the rate of $75/30min, per entertainer, paid via debit/credit or e-transfer.

How can I cancel my booking?
Contact us by email or call ASAP. The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations with less than one week notice before the event are non-refundable. We will make best efforts to reschedule your event.

Are your materials safe?
All our materials are FDA compliant and are from high quality, reputable brands like Fusion, Cheek FX and Sempertex.

How much space do you need?
We need space for a 2' by 4' table per entertainer, and the face painter has a 1' by 2' face painting stand and two chairs.

Do I have to set anything up?
Nope! We bring collapsible set ups to keep your special day hassle-free. We arrive 15-30min early.

Do you wear costumes?
Yes! You can see our costumes in the photo on the home page.

Do you have multiple Entertainers?
As a family business, we’re just one face painter and one balloon twister.

Is there an age limit?
We only provide services ages 3+ as per manufacturer recommendations.

Does Face Paint Smear?
We use high-quality paints that are rub-resistant once dry, but it’s best to avoid touching. Face paint is not waterproof. It’s best done indoors if rain is expected.

How many people can you service?
Balloon Twisting:
• ~18/hr at personal parties with fancier, multi-balloon figures
• ~35/hr at events with simpler designsFace Painting:
• 10/hr at personal parties with full face designs
• 15/hr at events with simpler designs -
Does face paint stain?
Most face paint does not stain and we make best effort to avoid ones that do, but it is possible and we are not liable for stain damage. Even stubborn marks typically fade with a few washes.

How do you clean off face paint?
- Makeup Remover/Baby Wipes: To help prevent paint from spreading around as you wipe, first press and hold the cloth against the design like you’re imprinting it. Remove it without rubbing to take off a layer of paint, and then wipe off whatever is left over.
- Soap and Water: Rub just soap into the design until the colours mix together. Then, use a wet paper towel/cloth on the design to wipe it away.
