Booking Policies

DEPOSITS

All services require a $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.

PAYMENT

Payments are due in full one week prior to the event.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be at least one week prior to the event for a refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

TIME MANAGEMENT

Balloons 25-35/hr, Face Painting 10-15hr
Depending if it’s full designs or quick designs.

Service is by time, not number of participants. Please book enough time for everyone to ensure nobody misses out. From experience, more adults like to participate than typically expected. Extra time can be booked on the day of the event at an increased rate of $150/hr per entertainer, subject to availability.

WEATHER

We will make every effort to reschedule events cancelled for weather, but a refund will not be issued. If an event continues through inclement weather and there is insufficient shelter for the entertainer, services will not be provided and a refund will not be issued. If inclement weather occurs and we are unable to reach you to make arrangements for shelter at least one hour prior to the event, services may be cancelled.
