Booking Policies

DEPOSITS

All services require a deposit of $50 in order to secure the event date. This is called the "Save the Date" deposit. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and are due at the time of booking.

PAYMENT

Payments must be paid IN FULL ONE WEEK PRIOR to the event, unless other arrangements are made.

CANCELLATIONS

If for whatever reason you need to cancel or reschedule an event, this must be done ONE WEEK PRIOR to the event. This means if you book in less than 7 days before your event, your booking is NON-REFUNDABLE.

TIME MANAGEMENT

All services are timed and have a limit to how many people can be serviced in the allotted time. We ask that you plan your service time accordingly to accommodate all guests. We cannot stay longer to service extra people beyond the scheduled time.
